3. a box containing code to copy and paste if sending through your own CRM or computer

SENDING FROM YOUR PERSONAL COMPUTER
1. select the final (ready-to-send minimov) email & click FORWARD
2. add your own email address to the to field
3 add recipient email addresses to the BCC (blind carbon copy) to ensure privacy
4. change subject title to one of your choosing
6. alter typed message above seasonal graphic if you wish
7. DELETE second part of email which is everything below and including the instructions
8. Send.
SENDING THROUGH A CRM/COMPUTER NEWSLETTER SYSTEM
Using a third party email service such as Constant Contact or your in house CRM, copy and paste all the html code sent with your minimov into the system. The html will create the ready-to-send email exactly as it appears in the version emailed to you.
